Two men and boy arrested for alleged threats against 16-year-old

Police arrested two men and a teenage boy in connection with alleged threats against a 16-year-old boy in Waimanalo on Monday afternoon.

Police said a 37-year-old man pointed a black handgun at the victim at 5:47 p.m. 

The victim notified police, but before officers arrived the suspect gave the handgun to a 16-year-old suspect, police said.

The victim identified both suspects, who were arrested by police.

During the arrest,  a 60-year-old Waimanalo man tried to intervene and he was arrested at about 6:30 p.m. for obstructing government operations, police said.
