As of 7 a.m. Hawaii time, forecasters at the National Weather Service said Francisco was 145 miles west-southwest of Hagatna, Guam and moving north-northwest at 10 mph.

Weather officials expect heavy rains and sustained winds of 40 mph to his the island.
