Kauai police have identified the woman who died in Tuesday’s fatal crash in Princeville as Jaime Lyn Rogers. 35, of Kapaa.
Rogers was driving north on Kuhio Highway near the Kapaka Street junction at about 10:15 a.m. Tuesday when her green Ford SUV was rear-ended by a white Ford pickup truck.
The driver of the pickup truck, a 43-year-old Kalaheo man, sustained minor injuries but declined medical treatment.
Kuhio Highway was closed for about an hour and a half following the crash.
