Wahiawa driver charged with intentionally damaging another vehicle

A 41-year-old Wahiawa man has been charged with using his vehicle to damage another vehicle, placing several people at risk of harm, police said.

Mark Galbiso, of a Lanialii Street address, was charged with first-degree criminal property damage and second-degree criminal property damage. He was being held at the main police cellblock tonight with an $11,000 bail.

Police said Galbiso intentionally drove into another vehicle with his vehicle, placing a 63-year-old man, a 63-year-old woman, and a 23-year-old woman at risk of injury.

He was arrested shortly after the incident at a Wilikina Drive condo at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
