A 42-year-old homeless woman is under investigation for allegedly causing a cab driver to lose control of his car resulting in a traffic accident in Makiki.
The suspect fled the scene, but later returned to Young Street where incident occurred at 2:20 p.m. Wednesday. Police arrested her on suspicion of interfering with a public transit vehicle.
