A woman was injured apparently when she fell or jumped out of a moving vehicle on Diamond Head Road about 5:15 p.m. yesterday.
The woman, who appeared to be in her 30s, was treated and transported in critical condition to a trauma center, said Bryan Cheplic, spokesman for the city Department of Emergency Services.
The incident happened near the Diamond Head Lighthouse, Cheplic said.
