The Pagoda Hotel and Floating Restaurant is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. Yodie Mizu­kami, who has worked as the hotel’s executive housekeeper since 1989, said hotel founder Herbert Takami “H.T.”?Hayashi taught employees that they must always care for the Pagoda and its guests.
