Mya Leilani Fransen was born Nov. 16 at the Queen’s Medical Center to Carrie Ann Elizabeth Fransen and Shaun Alan Fransen of Ewa Beach.
Kobe Christopher Uehara was born March 31 at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children to Natalie Jolly Uehara and Christopher Kame Uehara of Honolulu.
