Julia Antonia Carlos was born Nov. 19 at the Queen’s Medical Center to Suzanne Kimiko Carlos and Anthony David Carlos of Pearl City.

Kyler Hala‘imalie Halmos-Nakagawa was born July 19 at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children to Kiri Lou Puaroselani Halmos-Nakagawa and Michael Brandon Mahiai Halmos-Nakagawa of Kapolei.

Isela Adison Hughes was born Feb. 15 at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children to Alena Velasco Hughes and Patrick Denton Hughes of Honolulu.

To get your listing in our birth announcement column that runs Fridays, please complete and submit a Star-Advertiser birth announcement for, which can be downloaded at www.staradvertiser.com, a copy of your child's birth certificate and a color picture of your child. Announcements will be run until the child's first birthday.

Or e-mail pdf copies of the signed announcement form and the birth certificate, along with a high-resolution (300 dpi) color jpeg of the baby's picture to features@staradvertiser.com.
