Elia Ho‘omaika‘i Kaono Kalaninui o ke Anuenue Christensen was born Dec. 28 at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children to Sarah Naomi Cooper and Paul E. Makani Christensen of Honolulu.

Cheyn Pedro was born Aug. 29 at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children to Christina Pedro and Matthew Pedro of Kailua.
