Site inspires life reflections

By Star-Advertiser staff

POSTED:

The 10 days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur are a traditional period of reflection that has gotten lost in the flurry of today's hectic world. 10Q, a national online project launched in 2008, offers a new, technological way for people of all backgrounds to slow down and reflect.

Visit www.doyou10Q.com to answer a question a day for 10 days during the Jewish High Holidays this month. These questions make people think about things they celebrate, regret and aim to change for the future, according to Liz Stigge, one of the project originators.

The answers are sent to a secure online vault and are e-mailed back one year later so that respondents can see what has transpired and how they have grown in the past year.
