Swann's cartoon reflects my experience bicycling around town. Several years ago I was riding on Campbell Avenue being cautious of someone opening their car door in my path when some guy in a City and County SUV told me to move on the side. It showed my how much the City hates bicyclists.

Bicyclists do not bother me. I respect their right and give them plenty of room. BUT, they should obey the same traffic laws that I have to obey while driving my car, like actually stopping at Stop signs and red lights.
