(father and husband) gave the example that he and his wife visited 13 preschools before deciding where to send their kids. Consequently, when it came to rebuilding their 1940s home, the Dunaways did their research, and then some.

 

“After our children, our home would be our next biggest investment,” Dunaway shares. “So, we went and received price quotes from 6 different design/building companies before choosing.”

 

The Dunaways continued their search only to be disappointed. “We went to seminars offered by design/build contractors and encountered companies that told us what would be good for us instead of how they can make our dreams a reality,” Dunaway laments.
