Military investigation on Osprey crash spreads blame

Smoke rose from a Marine Corps Osprey aircraft May 17 after it crashed at Marine Corps Training Area Bellows in Waimanalo. Two Marines died in the crash, and most of the 20 other Marines aboard the aircraft were injured.
