Man sought in robbery, attempted assault
Police have released a sketch of a man who robbed and tried to sexually assault a woman on Waikiki Beach early Tuesday morning.
The woman was on the beach at 1:45 a.m. near Kalakaua and Kapahulu avenues when she was shoved into the sand and held down by an unknown male. The male removed items from her pocket and attempted to remove her clothing. The woman struggled, yelled for help and was helped by two men. The suspect fled on foot.
Police are seeking the men who helped the woman.

Man hit by police car in middle of Aala Park
A man was hospitalized in serious condition at about 3:45 p.m. Tuesday after being struck by a police vehicle at Aala Park.
Department of Emergency Services personnel described the man as in his 30s and said he was hit while in the middle of the park.
