Sears: Farewell thoughts

Sharon Rezentes, left, and her aunt Barbara Rezentes waited to order at Zippy's, next to Sears in the basement on the ewa side of Ala Moana. They both said they were shocked to hear that Sears Ala Moana was closing. Barbara started to cry and said she and her late mother, Margaret Rezentes, used to come to Sears all the time. Sears was her mother's favorite store.
