Civil unions

A man who goes by the name Strider (no last name given) stands up at the Senate chambers on Friday, Jan. 28, 2011 in the State Capitol. Senate Bill 232 was passed — a measure that would allow all couples — same- or opposite-sex -— to enter into a civil union with all the rights, privileges and protections of traditional marriage.
