Island Images: Chef Morimoto demonstration

Last year, Chef Morimoto was a guest judge for Parents and Children Together's annual Iron Chef competition, where the kids of several housing projects compete for several months leading up to a final contest a la Iron Chef style. The chef wanted to participate again this year, but wanted to get involved a little earlier in the process. As a a result, 35 kids were invited down to the restaurant, several of whom have never even been to Waikiki, to have a one-on-one demo with Chef Morimoto on plating and presentation.
