Anthony Kaina said he only got wet, not soaking wet, as he quickly peddled his bicycle past Waianae Mall today, Feb. 7. There was a downpour in the Nanakuli/Waianae area around 4 p.m. that lasted approximately 20 minutes leaving ponds of water around intersections along Farrington Highway.
