More than 700 people participated Friday in Kaiser Permamente's 8th Annual Start Steppin' Walk and Mini Health Fair held downtown. Participants walked the block around Tamarind Park twice -- a half-mile distance -- and received rewards along the way. The event also featured free blood pressure screening, body fat and skin analysis, and other health services.
