Hui Wa'a Kaukahi, June 2, 2012, Pearl Harbor's Middle Loch

Members of Hui Wa'a Kaukahi, Hawaii's oldest and largest recreational kayak club, listened to a paddle and security briefing Saturday before starting on their historic paddling trip from the Rainbow Bay Marina in the East Loch of Pearl Harbor, along Ford Island Bridge and Ford Island to the Middle Loch, pass the anchored ships in the Naval Inactive Ship Maintenance Facility and back along the Pearl City Peninsula across Pearl Harbor and Ford Island back to the Rainbow Marina.
