Families and friends welcomed home the guided-missile destroyer USS Chafee (DDG 90) to Pearl Harbor Thursday after a six-month independent deployment to the Western Pacific. USS Chafee is commanded by Cmdr. Justin A. Kubu and has a crew of more than 250 sailors.
