Uncle Smiley the balloon artist, aka Arthur Witherspoon, stands with Mahea Combs, left, and Cherrieann Diaz, and some of his balloon creations for the Nuuanu Mardi Gras Street Festival sponsored by Arts District Merchant Association, that also featured music, food and a great time by all. Mahea helped Cherrieann celebrate her birthday, which was on Feb 11, at the mardi gras.
