Hawaii Army Guard celebrates holiday in Afghanistan

1st Sgt. Stephanie Hika of the Hawaii Army National Guard's 117th Mobile Public Affairs Detachment tossed a dart during a carnival contest at the Fourth of July celebration at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, on Wednesday.
