The Cheesecake Factory restaurant at Royal Hawaiian Center reopened with a traditional Hawaiian blessing Monday morning following a Feb. 1 fire that caused an estimated $2.5 million in damage. The company continued to pay employees their regular wages throughout the three-week closure.
