Korean War ceremony observed the 63rd anniversary of the start of the Korean War, was held at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl. The host was Young-kil Suh, Consul General for Republic of Korea in Honolulu. The keynote speaker was Adm. Cecil D. Haney, commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet. This is the Commemorative Wreath Presentation with (from left) Mayor Kirk Caldwell, Young-kil Suh Adm. Cecil D. Haney, Lt. Gen. Thomas Conant (Deputy Commander, U.S. Pacific Command) and Henry Furuya (from the Korean War Veterans Assoc.). Later, over 70 other wreaths were presented from various organizations.
