Elly MacDougal and Erica Sandoval and around 500 other people were at Sans Souci Beach Saturday, March 24, 2012 celebrating Spring Break. According to Honolulu Police Department Captain Ryan Borges the impromptu "Floatopia" party was facilitated by social media posts via Twitter and Facebook which started at Magic Island Recreational Park and then dispersed to Sans Souci Beach.
