About 500 people were at Sans Souci Beach Saturday, March 24, 2012 celebrating Spring Break. According to the Honolulu Police Department no incidents or arrests had been reported by 3:30 p.m. The massive party was being monitored by a collaboration between the DNLR State Police, Honolulu City and County Lifeguards and the Honolulu Police Department.
