More residents leaning toward absentee voting

As of Friday there were 469,000 registered voters on Oahu, and of those, 60,000 have requested absentee ballots and 3,000 have requested permanent absentee ballots. Here, early voters lined up to vote at Honolulu Hale in May for the 1st Congressional District special election.
