Wahoo's co-founder Lam hopes to stoke students

Wing Lam, co-founder of Wahoo's Fish Taco, has seen his dream of owning a single taco stand in Costa Mesa, Calif., turn into $75 million in annual sales. Lam will speak to Chaminade students Thursday.
