Sparking dialogue

Kathy Springer is with son CJ Bills, who was harassed at his high school in Oil City, Pa., for being gay. Bills is the star of "Out in the Silence," which premieres Saturday at the Hawaii International Film Festival. The documentary is based on his experiences.
