Tesoro awaits PUC ruling

San Antonio-based Tesoro Corp. is looking to reverse the fortunes of its underperforming refinery at Campbell Industrial Park, shown above, including charging Hawaiian Electric Co. more for fuel oil and increasing production of higher-value refined products.
