'This is a collaborative endeavor'

Gov. Neil Abercrombie, in his Capitol office on Friday, said he intends to offer “a pretty comprehensive, in-depth presentation” of his budget priorities during his State of the State address on Monday. “I don’t know that the Legislature, let alone the public, will agree to all this,” he said. “That’s what a legislative session is for.”
