'Everyone must be prepared to contribute'

Gov. Neil Abercrombie, making his first State of the State address to the Legislature yesterday, urged lawmakers and other stakeholders to work together to help close an $844 million budget deficit and steer Hawaii on a course to long-term prosperity.
