A brief high-speed chase ended in a crash Tuesday after a deputy sheriff tried to stop a car near Lagoon Drive by Honolulu Airport. The driver of the fleeing car lay handcuffed on the ground while the pursuing deputy spoke to an unidentified man beside the overturned vehicle.
