Protesters of economic and political climate march through Waikiki
It was somewhat ironic that some of the marchers had signs protesting the millionaires and billionaire , but didn't really notice that billionaire Genshiro Kawamoto (right) walked right past them on Lewers Street toward his hotel. From the occupied ‘aina of Hawai'i in solidarity with the peoples of occupied lands worldwide, the Occupy Honolulu General Assembly held a march and rally in solidarity with the Global Day of Action from Ala Moana & Atkinson, through Waikiki on Kalakaua Ave. and end near the intersection with Kapahulu Ave.
