Okamura stepping down from House, cites health reasons

Gov. Neil Abercrombie appointed former state Rep. Tom Okamura to fill in the remainder of Blake Oshiro's term representing the House district stretching from Aiea to Halawa Heights and Red Hill. He has resigned due to health reasons.
