Xtreme Tacos food truck owner Youssef Dakroub, left, is preparing Middle Eastern food for the Arabian Nights pop-up event Thursday through Saturday. He’ll step out of his truck to feed sit-down diners, with the assistance of Koa Colleado, at a Kakaako warehouse that will be transformed into a shimmering tent.
