Former school secretary pleads guilty to stealing $15,000

Williamina Muranaka appears in Circuit Court Judge Richard Perkins' courtroom, pleading guilty to theft and bribery for stealing more than $14,000 from Fern Elementary School when she worked there as a secretary.
