Crash investigation finds choke lever on

The National Transportation Safety Board released photos showing the wreckage of a light sport aircraft near Hana­lei as part of an ongoing investigation. Pilot Steve Sprague, 48, of Kalaheo, Kauai, and passenger Ray Foreman, 53, of Vista, Calif., were killed in the crash on May 17, 2011.
