Few midsize luxury cars pass severe new crash test

The Acura TL, above, was one of only three midsize luxury cars out of 11 to earn good or acceptable ratings in the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's new frontal crash test. The other eight vehicles earned marginal or poor ratings.
