Ex-NY Times publisher Arthur Ochs Sulzberger dies

New York Times president and publisher Arthur Ochs Sulzberger, center, smiled at a news conference in New York, regarding the U.S. Supreme Court ruling permitting the Times to continue it's series of articles based on secret Pentagon papers about U.S. involvement in Vietnam.
