GOP contract hire in Virginia charged with voter fraud

Colin Small, 23, of Phoenixville, Pa., was arrested after the voter registration applications were found in a trash bin behind a Harrisonburg store in Virginia. Small worked for an independent contractor hired by the Republican Party of Virginia.
