Armstrong stripped of 7 Tour de France titles, banned from cycling

Lance Armstrong, shown here on July 23, 2000, riding down the Champs Elysees in Paris after the final stage of the Tour de France cycling race, has been stripped of his seven Tour titles and banned for life by cycling's governing body today.
