Underdog fights on

A huge underdog for the 2nd Congressional District, Republican candidate Kawika Crowley is running against Democrat Tulsi Gabbard. Crowley sign-waved Wednesday on Kamehameha Highway at one of his favorite places, just west of the entrance to HPU’s Hawaii Loa campus. He says he lives out of his van, seen parked behind him.
