H-1 eastbound reopened following truck fire

Honolulu firefighters this morning extinguished a truck fire on the H-1 Freeway eastbound that prompted police to close the section of freeway between Bingham Street and Wilder Avenue. The fire sent plumes of thick black smoke into the air. There were no reports of injuries.
