Feds sue eBay over noncompetition agreement

California Republican gubernatorial candidate Meg Whitman spoke during a campaign stop at Yelp headquarters in San Francisco. The Justice Department alleged today that Whitman, the former CEO of eBay Inc., was intimately involved in making an anticompetitive agreement that prohibited eBay and Intuit Inc. from hiring each other's employees.
