Homeless no more

James Webb, 19, plays with The Block All Stars as the band performs in front of the International Marketplace. Webb used to be homeless in Waikiki. The former military dependent and Hawaii resident returned to where he grew up and, after losing his job, ended up homeless. He has gotten off the streets thanks to Hale Kipa’s Transitional Living Program.
