Alleged UH concert scammer to appear in court

Marc Hubbard, 44, of North Carolina was indicted for wire fraud by a federal grand jury in Honolulu Nov. 8 in connection with the UH Stevie Wonder concert fiasco. Hubbard is scheduled to appear in Honolulu federal court to face charges he defrauded the University of Hawaii.
