Police looking for man who used credit card stolen during burglary of tented home

Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a man who may have used a credit card taken during an October burglary of a Kailua home that was tented for fumigation. The male suspect in the surveillance video is 20 to 30 years old and drives a white vehicle.
